Purpose
These terms govern the relationship between PowerLife and any customer purchasing on our online store.
Products and prices
Products offered are those available at the time of order. Prices are shown in GHS and may change at any time.
Photos are as faithful as possible to the real products.
Ordering
Fill in the online form with accurate details. PowerLife will contact you by phone or WhatsApp within 30 minutes to confirm the order and timing.
Payment
Two payment methods are offered, chosen by the customer at checkout: online (bank card or Mobile Money), or on delivery (cash or Mobile Money). An online payment is charged when the order is placed; a delivery payment is due when you receive the parcel.
Delivery
Delivery is made within the times confirmed with you: 1–3 days for local cities, 2–6 days for other cities nationwide. Delivery fees may apply depending on your area.
Cancellation
PowerLife may cancel an order in case of insufficient stock, incorrect information, or suspected fraud.
You may cancel before shipment by contacting us promptly.
Liability
PowerLife commits to provide the products described. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in cases of gross negligence.
